All sales are final, and we do not offer monetary refunds for any orders once they have been delivered.
Exchange Policy for Damaged or Missing Items
We understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. An exchange is the only option available under the following circumstances:
Damaged Items: If your food order arrives significantly damaged and is no longer fit for consumption.
Missing Items: If an item listed on your invoice is missing from your delivered order.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within one hour of receiving your order. You must also provide clear proof of the issue.
Contact Us Immediately: Call our customer service number or send a message to our official contact channel.
Provide Proof: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or missing item(s) to validate your claim. This is a mandatory step for any exchange request.
Once your claim and proof have been verified, we will arrange for the replacement item(s) to be delivered to you. The replacement will be for the exact same item(s) that were damaged or missing.
